What we collect
When you submit an order request we collect your name, email address, phone number, chosen pickup store and any notes you add. Browsing the site does not require an account.
Why we collect it
Solely to review your reservation, confirm stock, contact you about your pickup slot and honour warranty claims.
Where it is stored
Your cart, wishlist and order requests are stored in your own browser's local storage on this site. Confirmed orders are handled by our store team using our internal retail system.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers that operate our store systems, and only as needed to fulfil your order.
Retention
Order records are kept for six years to support warranty and accounting obligations. Marketing contact details are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@refurbify.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses only the storage required to remember your cart, wishlist and comparison list. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
